New Travel Design Tool
We have come up with an innovative solution in the form our our new online travel design tool. Try it out here:
It’s a whizz to use and really helps pull together ideas so that we can assist you make your plans a reality. You cannot use our tool to book online without first discussing your trip with us because every trip has elements that need input on constant variables that we need to discuss with our local operators.
Why do we need this?
We get many enquiries that never work out for several reasons which I list below in no special order:
- People don’t know where to go or what options they have
- Price nearly always exceeds budget when the extras are added in
- The usual hotel and travel search engines, only provide accommodation and travel costs missing out on extras such as experiences, entrance and park fees, taxes, specialised transport (4×4 safari vehicle with or without guide), air charters, scheduled flights with unlisted carries, – the list is long!
- They shop around and contact too many competing agents frustrating them all and lose their trust in the process
- They book too late or expect to stay in places that are already fully booked
- They have a hard time accepting advice
Our aim is to eliminate most of these by pointing you towards suitable destinations, best time to visit these, ideas of experiences you can include and best of all, a close estimate of the cost you can expect – before we spend too much time heading down the wrong path.

Most of what is included in the new portal is not new to us but probably is to you. By presenting our information in this way, we can better serve our customers and you, will have had a major role in the planning process. At the time of writing, our platform includes 5034 lodges (and growing daily), more experiences than you can shake a stick at and sample itineraries (all of which we customise to fit) at multiple price points.
